Welcome to NormaMusic. By accessing our services, website, or mobile application (the “App”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. App Access & Yearly Subscription

NormaMusic provides premium access via a yearly subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to an annual recurring charge. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled via your account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

2. Strictly Personal Use (No Commercial Use)

The NormaMusic App and all content contained therein (including music, metadata, and media) are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the app or its music in a commercial setting (e.g., restaurants, retail stores, or public events).
• Broadcasting, rebroadcasting, or public performance of app content.
• Ripping, downloading, or redistributing audio files for any purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided by NormaMusic is the property of the record label or its licensed artists. Your subscription grants you a limited, revocable license to stream content; it does not grant you ownership of any musical works.
